Logicistical planner

What you will do

As a logistics planner of milk flows, you are the connecting link between commerce and logistics. You ensure that what is sold is actually executed smartly, efficiently, and on time.

From the moment the milk leaves the farm, your puzzle begins. You determine how every liter reaches the right destination via the best route. You are in daily contact with transporters, suppliers, and colleagues, and you continuously maintain oversight.

You start your day with the planning: is everything still correct, where do you need to adjust? Meanwhile, you coordinate with the commercial department about agreements and feasibility, ensuring that the logistical execution aligns seamlessly. If something doesn’t go as planned, you stay calm, think ahead, and solve it.

In addition to daily operations, you also look further ahead. Where can things be smarter and more efficient? You see opportunities and act on them.

You won’t be working in a standard office environment, but in a modern workspace right in the middle of a farm. While you’re working on planning and systems, you’ll be looking out over the source of your work. That makes it tangible, dynamic, and meaningful.

Who are you?

You like structure, but don’t get stressed when things suddenly change. You think in solutions, switch quickly, and communicate easily with different parties.
You are accurate in your administration, but never lose sight of the bigger picture. It’s exactly the combination of planning, coordinating, and improving that makes this role interesting to you.

Additionally:
    • You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) level, for example in an agricultural, logistics, or supply chain field (such as HAS)
    • You are a starter or already have some experience
    • Preferably, you have an affinity with logistics or the agricultural sector 
    • You work in a structured way and are administratively strong 
    • You communicate clearly and professionally 
    • You spot opportunities and think in terms of improvements
